Bowstring holding techniques
The thumb hold of the string is the most accurate hold in the sense of releasing arrows
In general, the more finger on the string, the more likely it is to make a mistake. If you hold the string with just one finger, here with your thumb you have only one finger on the string, when you release the arrows you have 100% certainty that you will release the string with all your fingers at once, but if you hold the string with the Slavic hold you already have 2 fingers on the string and at the mediterranean you hold the string with 3 fingers. This means that we have 2 and 3 fingers on the string and with each extra finger there is an increased risk that you will not let go of the string with all your fingers at once, so you will forget some finger and thus cause inaccuracy in the release and thus inaccuracy of shooting.
The numbering of individual techniques is purely my numbering, so they will certainly not match the table you can find anywhere.
